The Project

The project focused on building a multi-role sports management platform consisting of:

• Player & Parent portal (web/mobile)
• Coach panel for team, class, and performance management
• Admin/Organization panel for full system control

Each role was provided with clearly defined permissions and workflows while remaining seamlessly connected within one secure platform.

• Player and parent onboarding with parental consent flows
• Document upload and manual verification (birth certificates, report cards, etc.)
