Yes. Xotiv offers stipend-based internships, and exceptional performers may receive PPO (Pre-Placement Offers).

Absolutely. Interns work on real, production-level tasks under the guidance of senior engineers and project leads.

5. Will I receive a certificate after completion?

Yes. You’ll receive an Internship Completion Certificate, experience letter (if applicable), and performance feedback.

6. Is there a possibility of getting a full-time offer?

Yes. High-performing interns are often offered full-time roles based on project needs and organizational fit.

7. What skills should I have before applying?

Basic knowledge in programming, databases, cloud fundamentals, AI/ML basics, UI/UX tools or relevant skills depending on the chosen internship domain.
